Finally, the cast of the upcoming movie “Fantastic Four” film has been officially revealed by Marvel Studios. “The Fantastic Four, which will release in theatres on July 25, 2025, will star Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach from The Bear, and Joseph Quinn from Stranger Things”, according to a statement made by Marvel on Wednesday.
“From Marvel’s First Family Happy Valentine’s Day! The Fantastic Four are Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn”, Marvel announced on the Instagram handle.
The news came after months of rumours that 48-year-old The Last of Us star Pascal was in negotiations to play the role of Mister Fantastic, also known as Reed Richards, the superhero group’s commander.
Emmy winner Moss-Bachrach, 46, will play Ben Grimm, a.k.a. the Thing, while Oscar contender Kirby, 35, will co-star as Sue Storm, a.k.a. the Invisible Woman. Quinn, 30, will portray the Human Torch, also known as Johnny Storm.
Fantastic Four has come to the rescue on the big-screen experience before. The core cast of two films, released in 2005 and 2007, consisted of Jessica Alba, Chris Evans, Ioan Gruffudd, and Michael Chiklis. Then, Miles Teller, Kate Mara, Jamie Bell, and Michael B. Jordan was featured in a 2015 version.
In addition, in 2022’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, John Krasinski played Reed Richards in a parallel dimension.

After purchasing Fox in 2019, Disney and its Marvel Studios acquired the character rights, allowing them to be incorporated into their network of interrelated Marvel Cinematic Universe motion pictures and television series. Matt Shakman, a filmmaker for WandaVision, will helm The Fantastic Four.
On July 25, 2025, The Fantastic Four will come up in theaters. Deadpool & Wolverine is the upcoming big-screen MCU adventure, to be released in theatres on July 26.
